ABSTRACT:

Background: There is diversified scope in the field of Automotive Research, Design and Development; DAuto Group has organized a valuable Seminar in Bansal Institute of Research, Technology & Science, Bhopal, M.P. by which students who belong to Mechanical stream were present along with their respected Dept. HOD, Faculty and Professors.

Proposition: Seminar was totally relying on Automotive Research, design and Development of cars (Automotive) and also shown various Automotive parts to them and also included the Mechanical Engineering which is on demand and having full of opportunities which was very helpful for students for their bright future.

Chronicle: Seminar was very essential to encourage the attendees to do best in the field of Design and Development according to their Branch. By which they got a good knowledge to expand their Job possibilities and to make beautiful career in various sectors, Mr. Vikas Pandey who is having more than a decade experience in the field of Design & Development of Automotive Sector, is interacted with students and shared his practical knowledge & life experiences with the sincere audience and viewer as well. Students also get the chance to see the live projects of various automotive companies (clients of DAuto) on CATIA, UniGraphics & Ansys engineering software. By DAuto students are able to see real life project of cars.

Proposition: Seminar was dedicated on Research, Design and Development of Cars (Automotive) and also included the Mechanical and Civil Engineering which is on demand and having full of opportunities which was very helpful for students for their bright future.

Chronicle: By the way of seminar students got useful knowledge which is totally related with their field. Seminar was very helpful for students as per their interest. It was totally in the favor of students, by which they got a good idea to make secure career in their relevant field. The Seminar is very effective and helps students to increase students in designing field. Honorable members ofMillennium College, has dropped their presence and shared their opinion in front of curious students.

Conclusion: The students, who have decided their Branch by their own capability and knowledge. By using Engineering expertise they can build their career in good manner. This type of Activities expands bulk of opportunities. Most of students has shown their interest & want to make their career in R&D field where they can use their skills to create innovative and creative design.

ABSTRACT:

Background: Knowledge is the key of success. The involvement of the interest through atmosphere, goal oriental, great direction can make a strong path to achieve healthy career after graduation. However, the pinch of wrong decision is enough to play with career for what everyone is trying to give diamond shape. A huge group of Mechanical was available to get guideline along with their honourable HOD, Professors and Faculty members.

Proposition: How to face the interviews during their campus! Where to find opportunities in MNC’S! Why we are jobless after having Degree! Such kind of questions should not be arise after BE; in regard of it participants were finding their answers of these questions during presentation.

Chronicle: Those who belong to mechanical stream were present in the seminar hall. Their engineering is almost at the end but they wanted to get answer of their questions. What after BE? Is there any job that can put worth of completed engineering? Mr. Vikas Pandey who already worked with giant Automakers and having over a decade experience in the field of Research Design and Development, explained how many companies are running on CATIA , UNIGRAPHICS and ANSYS along with live projects and model components. Respected HOD and faculty members of Kopal Engineering College were shared their opinion for making career in design and development.

 Conclusion: Students were now familiar with actual process of a product that they can see in market. Their feedback is must to know to us whether they got for what they presented to hear. Unanimously they agreed what they wanted now with them; a career option in R&D D.
