On 12^th July 2015, at 4:00 p.m. the inauguration ribbon has been cut by the Industry designing experts Mr. Yogesh Sharma and Mr. Chandan Yadav. Both are having extensive experience in R&D field and associated with DAuto for many years. On this especial occasion, Mr. Vikas Pandey (Director, DAuto) was also present.

In the cherish atmosphere, the industry experts have shown their thoughts and said;

Mr. Yogesh Sharma: We work for the various industries and sector through DAuto, each industry requires a ready-made candidate for serving them in the field of research, design, production, maintenance and product development but unfortunately they are unable to find such youth from M.P. & CG. Therefore, they choose to select from other countries and states as well. DAuto itself is an industry and company. Students, peoples, and professionals work on industry projects right in here, they become groomed as design professionals which enable them to find job opportunities easily. The history of DAuto says its students’ success story. Hope, the students and customers of Indore and surrounding areas could take the benefits of it for inviting automatic employment

Highlights:-  The MPCVET (Madhya Pradesh Council for Vocational Education & Training), registered society under the department of Technical Education & Skill Development M.P. government, has organized a conference at Gas Rahat ITI, Bhopal, M.P. The MET Cranes, has announced its results and released the offer letters to the Model ITI students who got placed in abroad in the presence of Honorable IAS (Principal Secretary, Technical Education) & IAS (Director & CEO of MPCVET). 

Accompanied by: On 29^th June 2015, at 3pm the MPCVET has started the conference on the subject of Industrial training and trainees’ development as in skill, technical education and career with future growth. It was accompanied by the;

Detail & Closure: After the successful implementation and result of the FLEXI MOU with DAuto engineering private limited and initiated concept CLIC (Collaborative Learning and Innovation Center), the MPCVET and department of technical education and skill development expect the same development of Industrial trainees from the other districts’ Industrial Training Institutes too. In order to that, the above said conference has arranged and completed with the positive conclusions. Following students got this abroad opportunity : Mr. Rohit Uike (Model ITI, Bhopal), Teerth Kumar Sahu (Model ITI, Bhopal) & Md. Akbar Khan (Model ITI, Bhopal).

M Sibi Chakravarthy (IAS) has applauded to DAuto and said; “It is a great achievement and a first time in ITI history where Model ITI students got placement in abroad because of DAuto’s quality training (free of cost) and Industry projects on which students acquired the hands on experience!”

Mr. Kumar (MET Cranes) also was happy to see the ITI students’ growth in such a remarkable way and said; the Madhya Pradesh will develop fast technically, in the presence DAuto who not only provide guidelines but opportunities to the students.

The placed students were having a big smile on their face along with the offer letter. It is a record in the Model ITI’s file that students are still in the training and got recruited as per their performance, product knowledge and industry requirements’ information before completion of it!

Highlights:- An MP state government’s policy along with DAuto’s vision created CLIC (Collaborative Learning and Innovation Center) for the Model ITI Bhopal students. This concept promotes MAKE IN INDIA in Madhya Pradesh and helps ITI students in developing technically for the industries, companies and entrepreneurship.

Accompanied by: The 28^th day of June 2015 was the most exciting day for the CLIC ITI students as their hard work is about to produce results. UAE based company MET Cranes organized a recruitment process and selected some of the ITI students by offering job in United Arab Emirates. The representative Mr. Kumar of the employer and the DAuto teamed up the event for the students’ future benefits.

Detail & Closure: The ITI students are being taught by the DAuto on the CATIA and AutoCAD software. The major part of this training is to prepare them for the industries where they could find themselves “ready-to-feed” for the employers and their career growth as well. Technology is moving fast with DAuto and its efforts in Madhya Pradesh where MP Government and ITI put equal contribution to its students.

The “MET Cranes” was in requirement of the students, who must have knowledge of software, design needs and the further process knowledge of production. The company found students professionally fit, developed in their interpersonal skills and groomed on the software. It was an almost a day event where the representative of the MET Cranes from DUBAI has taken its charge to interview students. The result will be announced soon with the selected name of the students who will receive their offer letter and fly to the UAE.

Highlights:- MANIT in association with DAuto is organizing a first-of-its-kind Technology oriented event and short term course on “Innovation in Science & Technology” for the engineering youth, professionals and faculty members; a major step towards the institute’s vision of making skills technologically groomed and part of study to grow thinking of participants out of the box.

Highlights:- 20th day of March 2015 an expert lecture & practicum organized by DAuto in UIT RGPV in the presence of students belonging to Mechanical (ME) and Automobile (AU) along with their faculty members. It was a practical based event where students could practice what they have read in their Engineering book.

The age-old adage, “practice makes perfect”  is the main theme of the DAuto’s expert lecture and practicum where students learn real life engineering concepts through practical which enable them to prepare according to the industries’ requirements. Such practicum routes them towards career opportunities, skill development, confidence and higher chances of getting selected in an interview

This event was accompanied by;

• Honourable HOD, and faculty members of UIT
• Industrialist Mr. Vikas Pandey (Having an extensive experience in R&D, working for national and international Automakers for more than a decade)
• Technical Experts with their Industry experiences
• Prototypes of real life projects
• CAD(Computer Aided Drafting) practical
• Career opportunities in various sectors such as; Automotive, Electrical, Power, Civil, Agriculture and so on

Specialty of DAuto Expert Lecture & Practicum (DELP): Theory provides the foundation for knowledge about a topic, but the practical abilities help in understanding the theory better. We can’t just learn by reading a concept, we actually have to see the concept in work to fully understand it. The real-life practical workshop gives a new learning practice and allows the knowledge to stay in the mind longer. Practical brings questions, answers and ideas which strengthen the base of the engineering education and open the doors of future opportunities.

This practicum takes the initiative to elaborate knowledge, ideas, interest and enthusiasm towards Research, Design and Development field. Some of the key features make it extra SPECIAL;

Chief Experts’ Profile: Mr. Yogesh Sharma and Mr. Sarvesh Pandey were the chief Technical experts for the event who are having a great working experience gained from the various industries, and involved in core Research Design & Development activities for the International Automakers.

Archive: DAuto’s Expert Lecture and practicum were complimented by all students, which pulled their intelligence up and made them aware about the opportunities available in the market and a way to reach their goal. The students were happy as they have practiced their theoretical knowledge and understood more technically at advanced level along with a few Live Projects, Proto Type Components, and Final Production Components on various automotive companies who also happen to be DAuto’s clients working on CATIA, UniGraphics software. Students discussed the issues in class and got satisfied with the practical answers.

Closure:  Theoretical learning shows about knowledge and the practical learning is about showing the way how the knowledge was learned. Today’s modern education focuses on the quick and effective learning. The mode of practical along with theory offers students strong and contrast explanations about the facts. Theory shows about the experiences of others while practical the particular task makes the own experiences. Morally, knowledge is intangible but practical experience makes it concrete by day to day practice.

Students cadged many things and were elated while getting a proper response. Students who have opted their respective streams by their decision, got a clear understanding regarding their future and is more confident about using a Practical Engineering skill set.

The overall session exhorted higher education in design .I want to pursue mine higher education in design but one thing expected was to knowledge related to design not to machine part ,we can learn it whenever we need .so next time make it more specific. The 6^th day of January 2015, department of technical education and skill development links with DAuto Engineering Private Limited Bhopal. They merged their path together for benefitting the students. DAuto will brush up the technical skill set of the ITI students as per the demand of the global industries and prepare them for being a future entrepreneur that will lead the India’s manpower to be upgraded. Both parties know their target and focused in providing vocational training, on-the-job training, curriculum redesign, teacher preparation, apprenticeship development, leveraging industry education and more.

The event was full with galore of students and precious presence of Mr. M Sibi Chakravarthy (IAS) Director & CEO, Shri DK Vyas Adl. Director, Shri G N Agrawal Adl. Director, Shri D S Thakur Jt. Director. Occasion kept in a very informative atmosphere where students found their confidence level increased. They have shared their dilemma of latest technologies in the industries where solutions made by the experts of DAuto. Mr. Vikas Pandey Director DAuto, and Mr. Dipankar Kar (ITALY) affairs discussed the future prospects and set the mission of building MP a manufacturing Hub by putting a technical spark in the students.

This venture has been taken into the account of the India’s most ambitious plan to increase manufacturing in the country launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The plan is “Make in India” through this government’s focus will be on constructing physical infrastructure and digital network to make India a global hub for manufacturing of properties extending from cars to software, satellites to submarines, pharmaceuticals to ports and paper to power.
