In the present Technological Development environment strong need for developing effective synergies between research in the Institutions and their application in and utilization by the Industry. Industry should be persuaded to establish organic linkages with the Institutions to seek solutions of problems faced by the Industry.
Industry‐Institute‐Interaction should be formed in each institution to promote links to benefit students and faculty, and to promote collaborative interdisciplinary research for offering real life solutions.
This helps both, industry and institute in getting the common goal i.e. manpower to the students. If students are well aware with the current needs of the various industries, the working culture and the practical solutions then it could be easier to grab the career opportunities. On the other hand, if industry is preparing young engineers, according to their needs and requirements; it could be useful while filling up their current or future vacant places.
In view of the challenging environment and the need to provide students with better learning opportunities, it is essential to form more industry-academia partnerships. Such an initiative provides students with excellent learning opportunities and helps in disseminating knowledge that DAUTO ENGINEERING PVT.
